We begin each session by connecting to our body and expanding our senses. A vibrant fusion of sound and scent carries you through an inner journey; gongs, bowls, monochords, flutes, chimes, drums... a colourful spectrum of instruments, all enriched with carefully selected aromas.

We emerge from this multisensory dip feeling revitalised, in tune with ourselves and the present moment.
